On Monday, authorities finally revealed that Slipknot bass player, Paul Gray, had died of an accidental overdose of morphine and fentanyl.  Paul Gray didn't have prescriptions for either drugs, and now police are investigating where the 38-year-old musician got a hold of them.

Gray’s body was discovered on May 24 by a maintenance worker.  A hypodermic needle was found near his bed, and “all kinds of pills” surrounded Gray, who was hunched over in the corner of the room, according to a tape of the 911 call.
