Red Sox baseball player David Ortiz has settled a lawsuit with Jay-Z over his 40/40 club name and has agreed to change his club's name, Forty/Forty, located in his country, The Dominican Republic. Jay was suing Ortiz for $5 million so you can bet Mr. Ortiz took down the fortyforty.net website as well! Like my boy Safe from Mi Gente Clothing says, "Get your own sh*t!"
